World Class Britain is an independent digital publication about the best that Britain offers the world, across all walks of life. They aim to cover both internationally renowned organisations and specialist ventures in remote shires that are changing the world. From charities to sin-stocks, start-ups to conglomerates, artistic companies to professional bodies, qualifications, sporting achievements, and scientific discoveries. Everything that contributes to the rich tapestry of Britain’s global contribution through features, guest comments, podcasts and analysis, we look at the nature of success in Britain. World Class Britain is a new, independently published website, founded by Editors Stuart Rock and Ross Butler, which aims to be a primary resource on global excellence in the UK and a forum for evidence, data and informed discussion about Britain's strengths and capabilities. A key part of its work is building a list of all those organisations whose operations in, or which are based from, the UK are demonstrably and evidentially "world class.” The beta site can be found at www.worldclassbritain.com, and will launch in the Spring.
