Man in London is an individual blog about "lifestyle in London." The blog provides a mixture of cultural and food content with Alan blogging about whatever interests him. Many posts are reviews of plays which are written in a analytical style and may include photographs. Others include announcements of restaurants opening and restaurant reviews. He also does reviews of arts including music, film and fashion.

The team is made up of Editor Michael Pegrum and Freelance Journalists who are interested in receiving press releases and information regarding bars, restaurants, nightclubs, exhibitions, theatre shows, special performances, music, films, books, gadgets, product design, spas, gyms, grooming products, healthcare, retreats and holiday resorts within London. There is also a section on the website entitled ‘Man out of London’ for any press releases that are not relevant to London. The team is also interested in interviewing musicians, actors, designers and industry insiders.
