Author Katy Beskow is a home cook with a passion for good food, using seasonal and fresh ingredients. Aside from blogging Katy offers private vegan cooking lesson and regularly demonstrates her cooking at food festivals and pop up events. Katy is also very active on her social media outlets, particularly Twitter and Facebook where she regularly posts content.
