The Hari Ghotra Blog is an eponymous food blog with a focus on Indian cuisine. The blog hones in on the Author's love of different foods. Hari, the Creator of the blog, says: "I am an Indian cook and teacher. I’m also a mother, a marketing professional and entrepreneur, but above all, I'm a foodie. I was born in Wolverhampton to parents who brought to the UK their love of Indian food (along with a desire to hold on to what they could from home). But they fell in love with England and wanted to embrace this new culture at the same time. So for our expanding family it was all about learning new things and combining the best of our two cultures. Growing up into this world I soaked up their passion for food and their generous outlook on life while they absorbed their kids’ passion for school dinners, prawn cocktail crisps and all the English mealtime classics like shepherd’s pie and spag bol. I hope you get to try, share and enjoy a little of everything here too." The Recipes sections are divided into: Starters; Mains; Sides; Sweets, as well as Drinks. In the Recipes section readers can select the Course, Ingredient, Skill, Heat and Time specifically. The Indian Cooking sections include North India Cuisine; East India Cuisine; South India Cuisine, as well as West India Cuisine. Posts are generally added several times a month.
