GQ.co.uk has launched GQ video while the website itself has been reimagined, developed from a mobile first strategy through to desktop, resulting in a seamless user experience across all devices. GQ video launches as a dedicated channel together with a re-branded YouTube presence and availability on other sharable channels and debuts with ‘The Luxury of Less’, a 3 part series presented by GQ Columnist, Jim Chapman, that can be viewed here www.gq-magazine.co.uk/video. The re-designed site is now live and the video channel launches today and will be a home for GQ originated short films, series and documentaries, archive videos, partner collaborations and the GQ video playlist. Condé Nast has redesigned GQ.com, introducing richer images to align the site with its print counterpart and making improvements to its Fashion, Entertainment, Comment and Girls sections. Fashion now contains ‘Fashionista’, an up-to-the-minute catwalk commentary with videos, and ‘Dresser’, a product page similar to the print version, that provides links to buy products online. The Entertainment section now contains the latest reviews with downloadable playlists and a daily ‘Editor’s Pick’. Comment contains opinion from the GQ Editors and guest bloggers, while the Girls section includes advice from the Sex Shrink and more. Condé Nast is relaunching GQ.com, bringing the website's feel closer to that of the print title. The revamped website will feature six brand new sections, including one devoted to the GQ Men of the Year Awards, as well as amalgamating GQStyle.com into the site, increasing the fashion offering.
