Launched in May 2009, 38 degrees is a blog that makes it easy and quick for hundreds of thousands of us to come together to take action on the issues we care about. From tackling poverty to safeguarding our schools and hospitals, protecting our environment to holding our MPs to account, 38 Degrees brings people together together to make a difference. 38 Degrees is independent of all political parties. We act to advance fairness, defend rights, promote peace, preserve the planet and deepen democracy in the UK.
The blog posts are written by the 38 degrees team. 38 Degrees was founded by a group of activists and funders concerned about the state of our democracy and determined to try something different. Founders include Gordon Roddick, Henry Tinsley. The project was developed by Ben Brandzel, Pete Myers, Nina Kowalska and Warren Puckett.

The team can best be reached via email, telephone, post or their social media platforms where they are active and very responsive.
