Background and Format: Victoria – London Starts Here is a new magazine for people who live, work or are visiting Victoria. The quarterly publication will focus on telling the news and stories of Victoria’s people, places, shops and businesses. The first issue will be published in late November with a circulation of 20,000 copies in the local area. The A5 magazine is an initiative of Victoria’s Business Improvement District in partnership with Publishing Business, which publishes Mayfair Times, Belgravia, Sloane Square, Paddington Now, The Portman and The Northbank magazines.
