Aims of the journal:
Its purpose is the publication of original, peer-reviewed articles covering all branches of anaesthesia and the relief of pain in animals.
Content:
The Journal publishes review articles, special articles, case reports, historical notes, editorials, book reviews and correspondence as concerned with the following subjects related to anaesthesia and analgesia:
-The basic sciences
-Pathophysiology as it relates to anaesthesia and analgesia
-Equipment
-Intensive Care
-Chemical restraint of animals including wildlife and exotic animals
-Welfare issues associated with pain and distress
All original research and review articles will be peer reviewed by at least two independent referees.
