The Recipe Resource is a blog that was set up to support those catering for multiple food allergies, particularly in children. The blogger's youngest child suffers from EGID which amongst other things manifests as reflux and constipation caused by food allergies. Providing a broad spread of alternatives not full of sugars, fillers or preservatives can be quite a challenge.
The blog posts are written by Kate Thompson, with occasional unpaid guest posts from other like minded people.
Entries in the Recipe Resource blog concentrate on free from recipes, advice on feeding children on exclusion diets. The blog posts vary in length but are generally between 200 and 500 words including images and videos.
