Background and Format:
The Journal is editorially independent of the Law Society of Scotland. It provides solicitors with the key professional news and practise guidelines published by the Society, together with an extensive range of legal and professional practise articles. The Law Society of Scotland is the governing body for Scottish solicitors. The Society promotes the interests of the solicitors’ profession and those of the public in relation to the profession.

It is aimed at practising solicitors.

Last week of the month prior to publication.
