In addition, there is thorough coverage of international law and policy developments; Federal Materials, with judicial decisions, the latest congressional developments, the latest agency developments, guidance and policy developments, statutes and statutory outlines, treaties, Environmental Appeals Board, executive orders, regulations outline, RCRA ALJ decisions; State Materials provides information on state level litigation, statutory and administrative developments with judicial decisions, table of cases, site conversion table, briefs and pleading, statutes, regulations and articles; Litigation with a table of cases, briefs and pleadings; International Materials covering topics such as trade and the environment, standard setting, sustainable development, biodiversity, climate change and the law of other nations, developing and developed; Online Seminars; Links; and Industry and Search Tools.
Environmental Law Reporter DOES accept article submissions. There are no specific guidelines, they will publish short (1000 word) and long (20,000) word pieces. The articles should have sufficient references to allow the reader to trace the research. Articles should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief.
