Take to the Road is a motoring-focused site which won the Motoring Blog award at the UK Blog Awards in 2016. Take to the Road’s mission "is to film and photograph classics car and give them the attention they deserve". It was founded in 2015 by classic car enthusiast Niall Julian to share his love of classics and film making. Niall’s aim is to tell the stories behind great classic cars through making short documentary films and driving reviews
Niall states: "As classic car enthusiasts we also love taking pictures of our favourite cars. We post special features of the numerous classic car shows and events we attend during the year. And sometimes we make short films at those events too." With a career in IT/Media and a BA Degree and MSc in Archaeology, Niall combines his knowledge of modern web and social media platforms with his love of film making, photography and classic automotive history.
