SpeedNews is written for the commercial aviation industry. It covers about 100 separate news items in an easy-to-read format that includes news and developments from aircraft and engine manufacturers, aircraft lessors, suppliers, airports, airlines and MRO shops. It also covers industry organizations that include orders, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, statistics and product developments. The site features daily news, newsletters and a database of back issues;online listings of available commercial aircraft and engines, plus new aircraft and engine wanted postings; a calendar of aviation industry events; a library of links to other aviation industry Web sites; our Air Show Locator Directory; and much more.

CONFERENCES:
SpeedNews organizes five conferences per year designed for senior-level decision makers and analysts. In these conferences, aircraft and engine manufacturers present status reports on their various programs, and industry experts present delivery and retirement forecasts, review financial status of the airlines, and analyze the condition of the industry. Maintenance and subcontractor issues are also addressed. Attendees can modify and update their business plans based on the information in these presentations.
