Launched in December 2011, Room to Bloom is a design blog specifically focusing on design in children's spaces and rooms. Room to Bloom blog offers inspiration and practical advice to create the dream nursery or children's bedroom.
The author of the blog is Ursula Wesselingh, an interior designer with a passion for beautiful children's spaces. Ursula is Dutch but lives in London. As a child she loved changing and beautifying her room. Ursula used to work for an architectural practice a few years ago and during that time was asked to design a child's room as part of a refurbishment. She noticed how much she enjoyed working on the room but also how difficult it was to come across some stylish decor for children's rooms which led to her becoming hooked on finding the hippest kids stuff and she hasn't stopped since.
The blog contains posts of inspiration as well as some insights into some of the projects Ursula has worked on. She shares her latest finds through the blog as well. The categories include Before & After, Children's Design & Decor, Giveaways, In The Press, Kids Beds, Kids Room Design, Kids Wallpaper, Mr Fox Magazine, My Room, News, Nursery & Kids Room Inspiration, Nursery Art and Things I Love.
