PAD4U Blog is a property and design weblog based in the UK. It is the official blog of PAD4U, a family business with over 20 years experience dealing with property in Greater Manchester.
PAD4U was created by the partnership of Peter Robertson and Anthony Boyd through their shared interest in property and wealth creation. Both believed the opportunities that property presented for financial security far outweighed any other alternatives. The blog was set up in May 2009 and is hosted on the same platform as the company’s website. It is edited under Managing Director David Boyd.
The independently-owned site is updated several times a week and self-published. Blog posts can be found categorised under four sectors: Building, Investment, Landlord and Tenants. Topics covered in the past have covered everything from UK Property Prices and Buying Repossessed Property, to the German Rental Market and what makes it successful. The blog is updated on a weekly basis, and posts vary in length but are always published with avatar.
PR opportunities exist but are limited to relevant news, guest blogging, competitions and giveaways. In addition the blog also hosts a dedicated ‘Free Valuation’ section whereby the team provide readers with a free and fair valuation of their current property value. The team can be best reached via the contact form on the website, or via phone and the postal address above. Alternatively they can be reached via various social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter.
