Background and Format:
PERE, first published in 2005, is a magazine that focuses on tracking the relationship between investment managers and investors, and how their interaction drives equity capital into private real estate. They cover core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies for all types of property assets, all over the world. They provide core news, proprietary data, incisive commentary, detailed sector and regional reports and exclusive interviews in a wide variety of formats.
Audience and Readership:
The magazine is aimed at private equity real estate professionals.
Deadline:
The press deadline falls at the end of the third week of the month.

PEI Media, the specialist financial publisher covering the alternative asset classes of infrastructure, private equity and real estate, has put in place a new structure for its editorial teams in London, New York and Singapore. Several key appointments took effect at the beginning of the year. Among them are David Snow’s promotion to the company’s Editor-in-Chief, with oversight of the entire editorial team; Andy Thomson’s promotion to Senior Editor, Infrastructure; Amanda Janis’ promotion to Senior Editor, Private Equity; and Zoe Hughes’ promotion to Senior Editor, Real Estate.
