Launched in September 2013, Paddle Pedal Pace (previously Lucy Lunges) is a fitness and healthy lifestyle blog. The blog was started by Lucy to keep track of her training, achievements and goals for her fitness. In running this blog she aims to inspire other women to get active by sharing her experiences in fitness.
Lucy, the author of the blog, is from Hornchurch, Essex. She loves to keep fit and do a variety or workout and fitness techniques to keep healthy, active and in shape, including belly-dancing, trampolining, hula-hooping, weight-lifting, boxing, Zumba, pole-dancing and pilates. Other than running this blog, Lucy is a Studio Manager at Bikram Yoga Essex and Cycle Rhythm, a luxury facility offering yoga and indoor cycling classes.
