Background and Format: The latest magazine from National Geographic and published by APL Media, National Geographic Food aims to celebrate and explore food in every form. The 164-page National Geographic Food magazine brings to life the storytelling ethos of the National Geographic brand in the food arena, combining recipes, reports and photography. The magazine explores food in all its guises, from new food trends, to nutrition and health. As well as, exploring and celebrating local cultures and people, the magazine interviews key figures within the industry such as suppliers, farmers, chefs, restaurateurs and nutritionists. National Geographic Food looks at news and trends, what's on, recipes, tips for growing your own, guilty pleasures, kitchen aides, columnists and guest chefs. The magazine is aimed at food fans, those looking to learn and explore the food world, as well as, those loyal to the national geographic brand.
