BBC Radio 4 is a British national radio station for spoken-word programming, including current affairs, documentaries, drama, science, and comedy. It broadcasts throughout the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands on FM, LW and DAB, and on BBC Sounds. Radio 4 skews towards an older audience.

The Independent is an online newspaper that covers UK and international news, as well as sports, culture and lifestyle. It was launched in 1986 as a print publication, which last appeared in 2016. The Independent’s editorial stance is free from commercial, party-political or proprietorial influence.

NBC News is the news division of the American broadcast television network NBC. It produces and packages video and commentary on breaking news, medical, environmental, business, sports, and feature stories. NBC News serves over 200 NBC affiliates throughout the United States. NBC News aired the first regularly scheduled news program in American broadcast television history on February 21, 1940. Today, NBC News provides content for the Internet, as well as cable-only news networks CNBC and MSNBC. It produces a daily show called Stay Tuned for Snapchat's Discover platform. The Stay Tuned team launched The Overview on Peacock in 2021.

Founded as The Standard in 1827 and later known as the Evening Standard (1904–2024), The London Standard is a long-established London-focused regional newspaper. In 2024, it transitioned from a daily to a weekly print publication and relaunched under its current name. It is published weekly on Thursdays, distributed free of charge in London, printed in tabloid format, and also available online.
