Mummy from the Heart is a parenting and lifestyle blog by Michelle Pannell. The blog was founded in 2008.
Michelle describes herself as having the "blogging bug". The blog is a journey through Michelle's life as a wife, a mum of three and a Christian. She adds: "I'm currently enjoying staying home and looking after my family and doing some paid writing and social media work. Up until June 2013 I was a Development Facilitator or Trainer to the uninitiated. In the past I have worked as many things including Recruitment Manager, HR Manager, Hotel Manager.. Then somehow I have also managed to establish myself as a successful blogger too, writing about parenting, travel, days out, family life, battles with my weight, Christianity, positivity and blogging.."
The blog was named one of Cision's Top 10 Mummy Blogs in the UK IN 2013, 2014 and 2015 and has also maintained a top 100 placing in the Tots100 for the last 4 or 5 years. Since April 2015 the blog has been placed at number 1 in the Teads Faith blogs ranking. Sections on the site include Home, About Me, Contact Me, My Faith, PR, Privacy, as well as Honest Mummy Reviews. The posts tend to vary in length. The blog can also be found on Pinterest here.
