Background and Format: Mental Health Review Journal is a vital source of current thinking on the research, policy and practice of mental health service delivery, bringing together research and practice perspectives. This double blind peer-reviewed journal focuses on the delivery and evaluation of mental health services in the UK, with particular attention to innovation, implementation and service user experience. International contributions are welcomed where these apply innovation and best practice to, or draw out the context for, the UK. The journal feature academic research and/or practice based papers - its not a magazine. It does not feature news. The editorial team do not want to be contacted with any product or press launch invitations or information. Contemporary issues in the mental health field  The design and management of services  Service evaluation, research and methodology  Innovations in service developments New practice models (including clinical practice) and their implications  Good practice in relation to issues of ethnic diversity  Contributions from mental health service users and carers  Audience and Readership:  MHRJ  is a valuable source of information for everyone involved in mental health service research and delivery, including academics, researchers, students, commissioners, front-line practitioners, policy-makers, managers, health boards, education providers, local authorities, NHS and primary care trusts, the voluntary and community sectors, service users and carers. Gorkana Alert: Thursday 2 June 2011 Pier Professional journals will now be published by Emerald Group Publishing Ltd. The journals include Advances in Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities, Drugs and Alcohol Today, Journal of Integrated Care, Mental Health Review Journal, Quality in Ageing and Older Adults, Social Care & Neurodisability, The Journal of Public Mental Health and Working with Older People. All journals will relocate to Emerald Group Publishing Ltd’s head office and the new address will be Howard House, Wagon Lane, Bingley, BD16 1WA.
