About
Bio
Kuriositas is a developing arts blog based in London and is predominantly aimed at a UK audience.
The blog primarily focuses on art and science. It was founded in March 2010 by RJ Evans as an outlet for him to write about stuff he thought was worth pointing out to others. He says, "It is eclectic, then, which reflects my own tastes – and I hope yours too." He also says that when asked what the site is about he replies with "art, science and all the interesting bits in-between."
The blog is split into various categories that include Animation, Architecture, Art, Fun, Places, Nature, Science and Movies. A lot of the content features video posts, usually from Vimeo of interesting and unique films. The blog also features a lot of content that crosses between art and science. The film related content on Kuriositas is usually of art-house and independent films, not your usual blockbusters. On average the blog is updated two or three times a day and almost always includes images and or videos.
PR opportunities mainly include reviews as a lot of the content is RJ just posting art or videos that he likes. The best way to get in contact is on the email address provided above. Alternatively he is available on Twitter.
