Background and Format:
Journal of Energy & Natural Resources Law is the journal of the International Bar Association's Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law (SEERIL). It is published quarterly and co-sponsored by the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland. The journal is a professional publication dealing with the legal issues surrounding natural resources, including mining, forestry and water, and energy, including oil, gas, electricity, non-conventional energy, nuclear and coal. Among the topics covered are development, trade, transport and finance.
Audience and Readership:
Targets professionals and academics with an interest in the legal aspects of natural resources and energy.
