ITV is rolling out its new regional news bulletins this month. The broadcaster has reduced 17 news regions to nine. The new regions will be:
Anglia, Central, Tyne, Tees and Border, Granada, London, Meridian, South West, Wales, Yorkshire.
Anglia East and Anglia West have merged to form ITV Anglia. Border has merged with Tyne Tees North and Tyne Tees South to create ITV Tyne, Tees and Border. The separate Central East and Central West have become ITV Central and Yorkshire North and Yorkshire So
