Background and Format: Emap has relaunched digital radio station Heat Radio in 2007. Since it's original launch in 2003, it was a music station without any presenters, however the relaunch introduces half hourly bulletins, mixed with music and chat from staff at the magazine and a team of specifically recruited members. The station covers showbiz, music and anything heat related. The new postal address for heat Radio will be Castle Quay, Castlefield, Manchester, M15 4PR and the new address for Q Radio will be Aqua House, 20 Lionel Street, Birmingham, B3 1AQ. The moves are expected to be completed by end of April. New phone numbers will be alerted in due course. Both stations are retaining studios in London for live bands, awards and celebrity news / interviews. Ben Shephard, a presenter for BBC1, is to present a weekly entertainment review show, and Rachel Hopper, from Heart, and Paul Coyte, from Capital Gold will present daily shows. Heat magazine Editor Mark Frith oversees editorial content, and News Editor Hannah Perry sets the celebrity news agenda.
