Founded in 1922 as a journal of management theory and practice written by authorities in business and business education for senior-level executives creating, leading and transforming the business world from all sectors. Articles set forth terms for discussion and debate on agenda-setting issues of both national and international significance and challenge the conventional wisdom of best management practice.
Focuses on such areas as strategy, leadership, teams, entrepreneurship, marketing, manufacturing, career management and the war for talent. While the topics may vary, all articles share certain characteristics. They are written for senior executives by experts whose authority comes from careful analysis, study and experience.
