All of Yorkshire Coast Radio's programming is broadcast locally from studios in Scarborough.
Some of Yorkshire Coast Radio's programming is automated during off-peak hours. During daytime hours automated programming is broadcast between 12:00-2:00pm on Saturday and from 12:00pm on Sunday.
They broadcast news bulletins containing a mix of local, national and international news hourly from 7:00am to 6:00pm inclusive each weekday. In addition they broadcast news headlines on the half-hour at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30am. A one minute local news summary is broadcast each weekday evening following the national news at 7, 8, 9 and 10pm. Sport bulletins are broadcast at 7.30am, 8.30am, 1pm and 6pm each weekday. They broadcast a business news bulletin at 1:00pm and 6:00pm each weekday. Bulletins containing national and international news are broadcast on the hour at all other times. At the weekend we broadcast news bulletins containing a mix of local, national and international news hourly from 8:00am until 12:00pm inclusive.
