The Good Ski Guide and sister magazine Good Holiday, have announced a major change in distribution for the first time in their 41 year history. From September, some 40,000 copies of both magazines will now be distributed monthly to the City of London banking sector, to both Bank HQs and their executive residences such as Canary Wharf, Broadgate Estates and The Shard. A further 10,000 copies will go out at Heathrow and Gatwick VIP lounges, reaching high net worth travellers. The new distributions will allow the Good Ski Guide and Good Holiday to move further into the luxury market. Good Ski Guide, the long running newsstand ski title and green sports magazine, is relaunching its website for the fourth time at the end of the month. Goodskiguide.com, which became Britain’s first sports magazine website when launched in 1994/5, will feature a new look when it goes live on the August Bank Holiday.
Expansion plans are also afoot for the print edition of the magazine. Alongside its sister magazines Mountain Magic and Good Holiday, Good Ski Guide will now have global distribution this year via British Airways First and Business Class flights and in their VIP lounges worldwide.
