Background and Format:
Launched in 1999, Fire Radio provides hit music for Bournemouth and Poole. The music playlist focuses on R n B hits from the last three decades. The station also broadcasts a mixture of local, national and world news. News bulletins are aired on the hour, fourteen hours a day on weekdays and seven hours a day at weekends. Daytime bulletins are locally produced and presented.
