Background and Format: Fine Food Digest is published by the Guild of Fine Food monthly and is aimed at professionals who work in independent delicatessens, farm shops, speciality food buyers in multiple retailers, cooperatives, symbol groups, cash & carries and speciality food producers.  Covers stock, advice on best ranges, artisans, delis, products, equipment, ingredients, exhibitions and awards.  Audience and Readership: The magazine is aimed at independent delicatessens, farm shops and prestige food halls and the specialty food producers and distributors that supply them. Deadline: This varies for each section so it's best to call and ask - broadly speaking, they will normally begin work on an article six weeks prior to publication.
