Camilla Hawkins is the Creator of the blog and states she is a "Cookery writer with an interest in Food & Nutrition and keen Home Economist". She enjoys "unearthing new kitchenalia and household gadgets and running fab competitions".
Sections on the blog include As Seen, Reviews and Competitions. The posts tend to vary in length and the aim of each is to, in her own words, "take the guess work out of recipe choosing by sharing my family's favourite Anglo/Danish recipes and discovering and creating more along the way".
