EU Law Analysis is a site which aims to provide expert insight into EU law developments.
Steve Peers is Professor of EU Law & Human Rights Law at the University of Essex and is interested in EU law, democracy, human rights, and the tensions between them.
Previous posts include: Non-compete clauses in commercial lease agreements are ‘by object’ competition restrictions; Is Workplace Privacy Dead?; On knowledge as power: transparency of EU law-making procedures; The Refugee Crisis: What should the EU do next?; as well as What would happen to EU nationals living or planning to visit or live in the UK after a UK exit from the EU?. Posts are added several times a week.
