Background and Format:
Corporate Financier is the monthly magazine of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. The areas it covers are M&A, refinancing, restructuring, insolvency and administration, post-merger integration, transaction services, due diligence and turnaround services. The magazine is interested in receiving details of corporate finance market reports, sector reports and surveys, announcements of new corporate finance-related appointments, announcements of transactions completed, M&A, private equity, venture capital announcements and stock market new issues. The magazine is aimed at members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. The editorial deadline is roughly 5 weeks prior to publication. It is published around the 1st Friday of the month and there are 10 editions per year. Joint issues in December/January and July/August. The magazine is available to members and via subscription.
