Established in 1920 and created as a forum for residential developments in the California real estate industry. Content is geared toward regional real estate professionals and members of the California Association of Realtors. Editorial provides analyses of local business news and its impact on the real estate market, real estate trends and advice for improving existing real estate operations. Includes information on legislative developments, regulatory issues and technological advances related to the industry. Focus is on legislation, education and other issues affecting residential real estate in California and includes technology and other product-related news.
