BusinessOfSport.net is a blog which seeks to analyse the key business trends impacting on sport, while also featuring interviews with key industry players. The audience is aimed at anyone working within the sector, or even those with a passing interest in the topic. The blog is written by sports enthusiast David Claxton. He says about the blog: 'I started BusinessofSport.net to focus on how business and sport are increasingly intertwined and become more connected than ever before. I'm interesting in speaking to sports brands, sports marketers, teams, coaches and anyone at the intersection of sports business. As well as this, I feature sports product placement on the blog.' Blog posts include analysis pieces on sports events, interviews, opinion pieces and news. Past interviews have included Diageo, Lucozade Sport and Marcon Sportswear. Topics of interest for the blog focus on: current sports business news and trends, sports marketing, big brand activities and sponsorship.  The blogger would like to hear from sports brands, sports marketers, influencers in the industry, and anyone involved on the business side of sport.
