Their aim is to provide a comprehensive, accurate and independent view of the global marine fuels industry.  Audience and Readership: The magazine is targeted at ship owners, ship managers, bunk suppliers, traders, brokers, ship agencies, maritime and port authorities, maritime law firms, insurers, credit risk companies, fuel additive suppliers, technology providers and industry consultants.   Deadline: Editorial calendar can be found here.  Time of Publication: Publication dates can be found here.
