The revamped weekly newspaper will increase the amount of user-generated content with up to 75% of content coming from the local community. Twelve titles launched last week and have adopted the company’s new template designs. The first phase of the project was completed in May with the re-launch of 23 titles. Five daily newspapers switched to weekly publications and another five changed from broadsheet to tabloid as part of the first phase.
