Background and Format:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Launched in March 2016,  Beauties and the Bibs is a personal blog about "trying to find my way in the world of parenting." Beauties and the Bibs was listed top 500 in the Tots 100 Parent Blogs and is a member of the Brit Mums blogs network. Beauties and the Bibs provides a mixture a parenting and toys for children with Jessica blogging about what's pertinent to her. Many posts are of Jessica's experiences with her children, including family days out, dealing with illnesses and may include photographs. Others consist of issues around maternity leave, returning to work and buying property. She also does reviews of toys, skincare products, air quality monitors, swimwear and childrens' books. The Blogger: Beauties and the Bibs is written by Jessica Harvey, who started the blog after the birth of her first child and alongside her work as a marketing coordinator.  "Blogging has given me a new lease of confidence and I have done things I never thought I would. Week in week out I put my life out there for people to look at. At first this terrified me.If I’m honest I was scared that people would judge me and maybe not like me.
