Background and Format:
Launched in 2001, AROnline (was first called www.austin-rover.co.uk and then renamed AROnline in 2007) is a developing blog about the history of the British Motor Corporation/Leyland/Rover cars. AROnline provides a mixture of content about the BMC/Leyland cars with Keith Adams and other contributors' posting about news, motor shows and the marques. Many posts are comments on the British motoring scene today, history features, reviews of the cars, test drives, facts & figures about BMC/Leyland and dispelling myths as well. The blog also provides news, test drives, features, and production and sales data relating to cars produced by British manufacturers as well as a historical timeline.

AROnline is written by Keith Adams who started the blog while researching a book project about BMC. He started the blog thanks to input from Declan Berridge.". Let’s hope that the inward flow of information continues, and that we can get somewhere near to producing the definitive history of the company we call BMC-MGR."
