Wells Voice, a free hyper-local newspaper, has now launched. It is the 16th title published by Local Voice Network and aims to provide the residents of Wells with a platform to keep up to date with news and events happening across the city. The newspaper will be delivered free each month to homes and businesses in Wells and left at convenient collection points. Andy Vallis will edit the paper. Prior to this he was Chief Sub-Editor and Assistant Director of Content for Trinity Mirror's Mid Somerset News and Media titles in Wells. A journalist for more than 25 years, he has worked on several other papers in the region including the Bristol Post, Western Daily Press and The Bath Chronicle.
