Wedding Sparrow is self-described as a "Fine art UK wedding blog... obsessed with pretty". Sara Russell, along with her husband Andy, runs the blog and says: "Andy is the creative go-to man behind the blog. A Creative Director by day and Wedding Sparrow Designer by night, he runs all the important technology and software development side of the business. Sara (that’s me!) is the Editor and Creative Director of the site... [with] a huge passion for sourcing and featuring beautiful fine art wedding-related prettiness. Not afraid of hard work, we also love travelling, meeting vendors and inspirational places to make this blog unique." Wedding Sparrow recently won Best Wedding Blog Newcomer 2013 award from UK Wedding Magazine. Sections on the blog include Style, Inspiration, DIY, Real Weddings, Venues, Shop and Contact. The images are usually high-res. Posts are usually added on most weekdays and they aim "to feature a variety of fine art weddings that highlight the vision of the stylish bride as well as the gifts and talents of the vendors." PRs should bear in mind that the team pay attention to photography in particular: "We love individuality and breaking with tradition but above all we're suckers for great photography. It's the one thing we get to look at over and over again after the big event to remember the small things. Sharing great photography is what we want to do along with style, creativity and passion." The team is open to open to receiving information from brands and submission guidelines can be found Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE here.
