Urban Splash is a regeneration company set up in 1993 by Jonathan Falkingham (an architect) and Tom Bloxham (an entrepreneur). The blog was first started in January 2009, with a group of team members contributing to updating it on a regular basis. The blog is updated about general news and project information relating to the works of Urban Splash.
The blog is updated by various different team members of Urban Splash, the first blog posts being made by Kate Amin.
The blog categories are separated by location, simplifying the posts about regeneration projects that Urban Splash has taken up in the different areas all over the United Kingdom. The blog posts also include some information of personal interests from the bloggers, such as projects that they particularly felt like sharing related to Urban Splash, or about plays that they are excited to see that will be held in a building regenerated by Urban Splash. The team post several times a month.
