Launched in January 2012, the Yasmin Chop blog is an Interior Design based blog dedicated to sharing wonderful ideas to inspire and help others gain the confidence to manage their own design projects. The blog was listed in the top 5 Interior Design Blogs by Amara Blog Awards 2014 and is the winner of the Bathrooms.com Home DIY Blogger Awards 2015. The author of the blog is Yasmin Chop, a Cambridge-based Interior Designer. Yasmin is a property junkie and bought her very first house at the tender age of 18. After this she went on to buy and sell many more houses and gained experience working on different types of buildings including a dilapidated barn and a Grade 2 Listed Georgian town House. With a career at the highest level in trade, she moved on from being a private property developer to an interior designer later in life. Yasmin majored in History of Art and Architecture for her Honours Degree with the Open University and started her professional Interior Design business after graduating. She also gained a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration from London's Inchbald School of Design. Yasmin also contributes to HouzzUK where she writes a monthly column on interiors. Recent blog posts include Dining in or out?, Take the inside out, Family gift ideas, Tricks  of the eye, Dreams are made of this, Man about the house, Households are changing and Design for drama. PR opportunities include features, competitions, reviews and interviews. The best way to get in touch with Yasmin is via email.
