Property Investment & Landlord Blog originally started as a diary documenting someone’s first rise from “clueless-property-idiot to landlord”. The blog has now developed into a website called Landlord Property Investment but the blog does still exist within the site. It carries news, comment and information on being a Landlord and the current property market in the UK.
The Blogger is anonymous but they are a Landlord that is actively building a portfolio of property for rental as an investment. The identity of the Blogger was previously known but is now anonymous as one of his tenants once stumbled onto the blog and read posts that were not favourable towards the people that lived in his properties.
