The site is individually run my Poppy Cross, a health, fitness and luxury lifestyle journalist in London. She currently writes for The Mail on Sunday, You magazine, Tatler, Health & Fitness, and Psychologies and consult for premium lifestyle brands. Some of her most recent articles for The Mail on Sunday (Victoria’s Secret Challenge and The Wellness Craze) have also provoked a flurry of responses from newspapers, magazines and bloggers worldwide. She is currently working on an e-book based on the fitness regime she did for the Victoria’s Secret article.
