Bio

PennyDog Patchwork is a developing leisure interest blog that is based in Leicester and is predominantly aimed at a UK audience. The blog was founded by Kerry Wilkinson in June 2008. She says, "I have made and sold chocolates and jewellery for many years, but now I’m expanding into other areas and currently just love patchwork. I like how all the little pieces come back together to make something great! I enjoy making pictorial quilts especially. By day I design wellington boots and gloves, run mail order, update the website and do general computer arty stuff for a gardening company." The blog was named after her dog who sadly passed away in October 2010. The blog provides craft tutorials, patchwork and sewing tutorials, recipes and reviews. PennyDog Patchwork is also used to showcase some of Kerry's work, she often sews quilts and it also regularly runs competitions. On average the blog is updated every two or three days. Almost every post is accompanied by an image that always relates to the post. PR opportunities include giveaways and reviews. The best way to contact Kerry is on the email address provided; or alternatively she can be reached on Twitter where she is very active.
