Pebble Soup is a site dedicated to food, founded in 2007 becoming a gateway to a new life for the Editor and creator.
The blog is written solely by freelance writer Solange Berchemin who, after managing the Languages Department at Westminster-Kingsway College, London, decided to venture in a new career of writing. She is now a food, wine and travel blogger: and freelance writer, author and Columnist.
The posts feature: recipes, travel, restaurant reviews, food reviews, giveaways and mentions in the press. They are about her culinary experience and experiments at home and abroad. Recently she teamed up with the brand: Coffee and Vanilla, to concretise the concept and they came up with the Inheritance Challenge Recipes. She tries to post two or three times a week and keep the content as broad as possible. From time to time, other bloggers are invited to write.
PR opportunities include: reviews, food guides, restaurants, giveaways and events - she is happy to accept items/books to review and to be invited to events/press trips. PRs can contact Solange through the details provided.
