About

Bio

Treasure Hunt - National Trust Collections is a blog that celebrates the beauty of the National Trust’s places and collections, uncovering the stories behind the objects in our collections and exploring how those objects relate to each other. The blog posts are written by Emile de Bruijn. Emile's role with the National Trust is to co-ordinate the acquisition of works of art and other objects with connections to our historic houses and gardens. Entries in the Treasure Hunt - National Trust Collections concentrate on categories such as various houses where the art collections are kept, various artists, counties and other categories related to art. PR opportunities include news and interviews related to charity and environment. Please note Emile only features and/or links other organisations and individuals if they have a direct relevance or link to the historic houses and collections of the National Trust or if they are directly collaborating with the National Trust. Emile can be reached via email at emile.debruijn@nationaltrust.org.uk or via Twitter.
