Lazy Girl Running is a blog about running. Blogger Laura explains that she loves running but 'it wasn't always that way'. She used to skive off PE lessons, came last in the 800 meters on sports day and after leaving school, avoided any form of exercise.
The blog posts are written by Laura Fountain, a personal trainer, writer, marathon runner and run coach. Laura Fountain is a UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness and Level 3 Personal Trainer. She’s also a journalist and editor specialising in women’s health. She writes a column for Running Fitness magazine and her work has appeared in the Guardian. She has written two books ‘The Lazy Runner’ (Pitch, 2012) and ‘Tricurious’ (Summersdale, 2015).
