Facewest Blog is a companion page to the main Facewest site, an outdoor clothing dealer and adventure equipment specialists.
The blog is written by a small, internal team of Facewest employees, drawing on their experience of outdoor pursuits and the related equipment. Occasional 'Pro Reviewer' pieces are also featured.
The blog focuses on in-depth reviews of outdoor clothing and accessories, including gloves, watches and waterproof jackets, as well as more specialist items like Diamir pants. Occasionally a specialist item will be reviewed by an external Blogger with a background in the appropriate field. Features on mountaineering and skiing trips are also included, as well as more esoteric content such as 'Guiding Hands', a piece on the significance of the hand in mountaineering. Categories include Articles, BMG Guide Review, Trips and Events, New Products, Pro Reviews and How To.
